Our Charity
Each year The Noble Krewe of Hathor selects a worthy charity that will be the primary recipient of the Krewe's fundraising efforts for the year. For 2013, the membership of the Krewe has selected Dogs 2nd Chance. Dogs 2nd Chance gives abandoned dogs a second lease on life. Dogs are rescued, fostered and cared for until a permanent home can be found. In order to pay for medical care, Dogs 2nd Chance depends on donations from caring people and organizations like The Noble Krewe of Hathor. Dogs 2nd Chance is located in Munford, TN. In additon to the selected charity, The Noble Krewe of Hathor has established a scholarship fund. Each year, beginning with the Spring, 2013 semester, the Krewe will award a scholarship to a deserving student from west Tennessee, north Mississippi and eastern Arkansas to the college of the student's choice. Scholarship application forms will be available from this website and from guidance offices at local high schools, both public and private. We firmly believe that the youth of our community will be the leaders of tomorrow.
